There are no special exceptions or minimum purchase criteria, and all items are eligible for free shipping anywhere in the world.

With the exception of OFAC-sanctioned nations, Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, and India, we accept and send orders to every nation.

Courier Service

We use Express Delivery services like FedEx and DHL to give you first-rate service. For the most effective delivery option, we reserve the right to select the courier of our choosing.

PO/PO Box Addresses: We are not able to ship to PO, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Customs Duty on International Orders

Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) is the shipping method used for all orders. It is the buyer's duty to pay any customs fees. Before making a purchase, please enquire about possible costs with the customs agency in your country.

Lost or Damaged Products

Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days of the tracking delivery date to start an investigation if your package seems to have been delivered on your tracking link but you haven't received it. Claims submitted after 5 working days will not be accepted.

Once validated by the carrier, we will replace any lost or damaged items during transit with either a full store credit or a replacement of the original order. Please be aware that refunds are not available for missing orders.

Rescheduling and Delivery Issues

Tracking: We provide a tracking number following shipment. Customers are responsible for following up with the courier. You must get in touch with the courier if they attempt delivery while you are not available or hold the goods for any reason. The courier may trash the package after several unsuccessful delivery attempts, and we won't be held accountable for such occurrences.

Unaccepted Deliveries: A package will be deemed lost or destroyed if a customer requests that it be returned to the courier after refusing to accept delivery. Regretfully, we are unable to handle a return in these circumstances. Customers are asked to accept the delivery and adhere to the return guidelines in order to set up a return.

Deliveries at the Wrong Address: Please make sure your shipping address is current. We are unable to reschedule delivery to a different address once it has been shipped. For additional steps or solutions, kindly get in touch with the courier. Since courier return fees and duty charges frequently surpass the item's actual value, the item will not be returned if the order is not delivered. In certain situations, we are unable to handle cancellations or returns, and the product will regrettably be destroyed.

Other Policies

Order Confirmation: After payment is accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you haven't gotten it, kindly get in touch with our customer service team. Combined Shipments: To save time and money overall, we may combine orders that are shipping to the same address unless you specify otherwise. However, this can result in a minor postponement of the original order's delivery.

Freebies: By default, freebies are not included in orders that contain more than ten products. Depending on our customer service agents' clearance, there might be an exception.
